Having lived in N.W. Palm Bay for over 20 years, one thing was very clear: the community needed a quality eatery! A place where families and friends could gather to enjoy great food and good times!
That is why brothers Adam and David, supported by the financial wizardry and Brooklyn-born pizza expertise of their father (affectionally known as Poppi) moved to open Fired Up A Coal Oven Pizzeria.
Leaning on an old-word Neapolitan cooking method, matched with only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, we opened our doors in 2009.
It was not an overnight success. There was much to learn about the extremely high-heat oven. However, through long hours of testing and improving our methods, Fired Up is now a local landmark! And we’ve won many awards over the years; including “Best Pizza in Brevard County” by Florida Today readers.
Dubbed by our customers as the “Cheers” of Palm Bay, we bring people from near and far to do as exactly as we had hoped: Enjoy Great Food and Good Times! Because, it is not about us – it is about you! Our friends old and new!
